Sand has a memory - still from video currently being worked on about stolen generations, the footprint symbolising the past, memories, people, and the lost or fleeting connections with relatives and ancestors. As time rolls on the trail fades, washed away and destroyed, with separated loved ones lost to time.

Valkyrie and art photography: mythical powerful female captured and disrupted by a common kitchen device, a lowly saucepan, a reference to the 50s stereotype of the women as domestic slave chained to the stove. Turned away from us in shame and despair at her new lowly status. Black and white and moody is my preferred artisitc style and form of expression
